For over two decades, Exponential Training has been training and developing high performance managers through our training and qualification-based courses. We are delighted to be able to announce the launch our new handbook for managers called, “Become a High-Performance Manager”.
Exponential Impact at Work
In 2019, Exponential Training partnered with likeminded training enterprises from Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and Ireland to run an Erasmus+ project called Managers as Coaches. The project enabled the partnership to develop new training resource in the form of a board game – Managers as Coaches - as well as a new set of learning materials.
Managers as Coaches project coordinator, John Moore said:
“This Handbook is packed with practical ideas, tips and explanations about skills and tools to use. The book is well laid out and I believe will become one of the manager’s ‘go to’ resources.
The Handbook is the results of the collective effort of all the partners and is based on practical ideas and what works in practice – it is NOT a theoretical textbook, but a practical how to guide”.
During the summer, Exponential Training and its partners will be hosting a series of events showcasing the Becoming a High-Performance Manager Handbook and the Managers as Coaches Board Game. The Handbook is currently being translated into multiple languages ensuring t can be used across Europe. Exponential plans to distribute 600+ copies to managers and coaches in the UK of the Handbook to managers throughout Europe.
Managers as Coaches is just one of a new series of management and business training programmes that Exponential Training is rolling out in 2021 and 2022, others include:
Coaching MAPs which has been designed to help business owners and managers use a new coaching methodology focussed on performance improvement.
Growing European Microenterprises (GEM) – this project is about developing the skills of business coaches, advisors and consultants to support enterprises wanting to implement high growth.
